  • Can I open more than one investment accounts in this company?
  • Yes, you can open more than one account, presumably for you and your family. However, if you misuse this opportunity, our technical team will temporarily disable your deposits until further notice.
  • How can I access my account?
  • After the registration process, please go to the Login page, enter your username and password in the suitable fields and click the "Login" button to access your account.
  • How can I change my personal information in my account?
  • Log into your account and click "Edit Account" to enter the personal information page where you will be able to modify your data. Save the changes when all necessary data have been entered.
  • What if I can't access my account because I forgot my password?
  • Click on the forgot password link, enter your username or e-mail and follow the instructions given. You'll receive your account reset information by email.
  • What payment methods can I use to fund my BTI account?
  • We accept Bitcoin payment system.
  • What is the minimum/maximum amount allowed to deposit?
  • Our deposit amounts range from as low as $200 and go up to $10,000,000 which is the maximum allowed for a single deposit.
  • Do you charge any fee for providing your investment services?
  • Yes. We apply a maintenance fee of $50 per contract acquired with us during deposit.
  • How long does it take for my deposit to be added to my account?
  • Immediately after you send the required payment. Bitcoin deposits can take up to 30 minutes due to the confirmations needed on the blockchain.
  • Can I make numerous deposits simultaneously?
  • Yes, it is possible for you to have an unlimited number of deposits, but each of them will be processed separately.
  • Do you have compounding of interest?
  • No, interest compounding is not available. You will only accrue a daily interest without compounding.
  • Can I deposit directly from my account balance?
  • No, all deposits are to be made through the accepted payment method which is Bitcoin.
  • How long does it usually take for a withdrawal request to be processed?
  • What is the minimum and maximum amount that can be withdrawn?
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is only $30 and there is a $50 daily limit at the moment.
  • Do you process withdrawal requests even on weekends?
  • Yes, we process withdrawal requests 7 days a week (Monday to Sunday).

Referral program

  • Do you have a referral program?
  • Yes, we do. Our referral program pays 10% on your level 1 referrals' deposits, 8% on your level 2 referrals' deposits, 5% on your level 3 referrals' deposits and 2% on your level 4 referrals' deposits in your network structure.
  • How will I receive my referral commission?
  • Referral commission is immediately added to your account balance. It can then be withdrawn to your Bitcoin wallet.
  • Where can I get my referral links and advertisement banners?
  • You can find your referral link in your main account overview section. The personal referral link has the following format: https://btipartners.net/?ref=Username, where "Username" is your username in the BTI Partners program. You can find our banners in the Banners section.


  • How do I make an insurance claim?
  • To make a claim, please send an email to insuranceclaims@btipartners.net and an insurance agent will get in touch with you to expedite the process.
